Custody and access

Custody and access reviews help families and the court system in developing arrangements in the best interest of the child. The review is an impartial and comprehensive analysis of factors that impact the family.

Sometimes the parties reach a parenting agreement during the course of the review. However, if the parties continue to disagree, the assessment may be used as an extra piece of evidence to be considered by the court.

After collecting and analyzing the data, we disclose the outcome of the assessment and provide a written report.
