Millan & Associates' social workers, social service workers, and mental health workers have extensive experience supporting clients from all backgrounds, with an emphasis on compassion, respect, and confidentiality. The core members of our culturally diverse team are Master's level educated and have more than 15 years of experience each.

Our proactive approach

Millan specializes in proactively educating and empowering clients from diverse backgrounds. Our focus is on prevention. Through our family advocacy services, we support families, children, and adults. Millan’s founder and creator established the agency to provide therapeutic services and address systemic biases in education, child welfare, and criminal justice.

Sharing knowledge and experiences

We are dedicated to giving back as a community of helpers. We share our learned experiences and research to help improve the field of social work. We contribute to the collective knowledge of our peers through speaking engagements, research papers, and books – thereby helping families locally, nationally, and globally.
